Our Chairman & CEO Florentino S. Dulalia, Jr., as FIABCI Asia Pacific President, recently participated in the 2016 MIPIM Japan in Osaka and Global Investment Seminar in Tokyo wherein he was a Speaker for both events.
The 2016 MIPIM Japan features exhibition, expert-led conferences and high-level transactional networking was held on September 8 to 9, 2016 at Knowledge Capital Congres Convention Center, Osaka, Japan. FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation participated through exhibition booth and Sponsored Session entitled “Doing Business with FIABCI Worldwide By FIABCI World Council of Developers & Investors.” Chairman & CEO Dulalia talked on Philippine Real Estate Market along with FIABCI World President Kirkor Ajderhanyan, Rusmin Lawin of FIABCI-Indonesia, Lily Chang of FIABCI-Taiwan and Yuriko Anderson of FIABCI-USA. A networking lunch was also organized/sponsored by the Federation
MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels d’Immobilier), organized every March each year in Cannes, France, is a leading worldwide property event and known as a key conference, exhibition, networking and transaction event for real estate since 1990. In its aim to provide an international platform for industry leaders to connect, and do real face-to-face business, other MIPIM events are organized every year such as MIPIM Japan, MIPIM Asia (Hong Kong in November), MIPIM UK (London) and MAPIC (Cannes, France)
The group also and participated in the Global Investment Seminar held on September 6, 2016 in Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo conducted by Zenjukyo (National Housing Industry Association), FIABCI-Japan Principal Member. Speakers also include FIABCI World President Kirkor Ajderhanyan, Rusmin Lawin of FIABCI-Indonesia, Lily Chang of FIABCI-Taiwan and Yuriko Anderson and talked on Real Estate Investment Opportunities in their corresponding countries. In particular, our Chairman & CEO Dulalia talked on the Real Estate & Other Investment Opportunities in the Philippines including the incentives and advantages of investing in our country.
